lv-and-reggie.jpg The 2008 Catalyst Road Trip welcomes our next honorary Vanagon Vagabond, Mr. Reggie Goodin! Reggie has passed the vanagon driving test (which basically means he knows where to find the fuel gauge and understands the difference between full and empty:)). We are on the road again…this time towards Texas by way of Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR. It’s been raining all day but the windshield wipers are working great! We continue to live in the right lane of the highway waving at 18-wheelers as they pass us by…

We are looking forward to our first official road trip stop for this leg of the journey - Sunday morning with Pastor Tim Lundy from Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, AR. There is a possibility that we might get a chance to meet up with a former Catalyst Conference guest in Memphis on Saturday, but we are waiting to hear back…

We are currently listening to the Catalyst Podcast interview with Ernie Johnson and Pastor Jon Weece - good stuff! Hope you have a great Friday night…the I440 West exit towards Memphis is just ahead, we will soon be “walking in Memphis!”

Your Friendly Vanagon Vagabonds

  1. Wow Reg, you actually get to drive…what a big step up in the world!!! Although, I must warn you, LV……he doesn’t have that great of a track-record when it comes to road trips. I hope you are both praying tons on this trip! hehehehe

Wish I was there with you :)

  2. Mo, the good news is there was no huge mud puddles for me to get stuck in, or lions for me to avoid like our road trips in Africa. LV & I wished you were with us too…when are going coming over to join the road trip?!!

  3. That Lomenick is quite an interviewer……

seriously, loved hearing from Ernie Johnson, and then watching him at the NBA All Star game make it happen.

and Jon Weece is doing some great stuff in Kentucky.
